2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Deja Blu, we value our customers and strive to provide clarity in our booking policies. Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

   • All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations will not result in a refund of the advance or total booking amount.

2. Change of Dates

   • Guests may request to change their booking dates, subject to availability and additional charges.
   • Date change requests must be made at least two weeks before the original booking date.

3. Balance Payments

   • Balance payments must be settled no later than three days before the arrival date.
   • Failure to complete payment may lead to cancellation without refund of any advance amount paid.

4. Force Majeure

   • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, we may consider alternative arrangements.

3. Terms & Conditions

By booking with Deja Blu, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

   • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.
   • Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, Driving License, or Passport) for all guests is mandatory. PAN cards are not accepted.

2. Payment Policy

   • An advance payment is required to secure the booking.
   • The remaining balance must be paid three days before check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Bookings are non-refundable.
   • Guests may request date changes with at least two weeks’ notice, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

   • Guests must ensure responsible use of property and amenities.
   • Lanterns and similar items are prohibited for safety reasons.

5. Liability

   • Deja Blu is not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, or damage during your stay.

6. Amendments

   • These terms may be updated periodically. Guests are encouraged to review them before booking.
